Kennedy is a graduate student at Rocky Mountain University, where she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and has long felt a calling to support others through the counseling process.

Growing up in a blended family with divorced parents gave Kennedy firsthand insight into the challenges that individuals and families face. Those experiences inspired her to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, understood, and valued.

Kennedy is open to working with people from all walks of life. She believes every client has unique strengths and deserves a space to process struggles and celebrate victories. Her goal is to walk alongside individuals with compassion, encouragement, and hope as they navigate life’s challenges.
